Can these capsules be certified in my country?
Building codes and certification requirements are different in each country. Our capsules are designed following common international standards, but you will need a local engineer or architect to confirm compliance. We provide structural and material data to support this process.

What kind of foundations do I need?
In most projects, light foundations such as concrete pads, strip footings or steel piles are used. The exact solution depends on soil conditions, wind/snow loads and local regulations. We provide foundation interface drawings for your local engineer.

How much does one capsule cost?
The cost depends on the model, interior package and any off-grid systems. As a rough guide, most projects fall into a range that varies based on specifications (ex-factory), plus shipping, taxes and local installation costs. We provide project-specific quotations after the discovery step.

Who handles shipping and customs?
We help arrange freight and prepare documentation, and you can choose to work with your own forwarder or ours. Customs clearance is usually handled by you or your local broker, with our support on documents and product descriptions.

Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Yes, we encourage site visits when possible. We can arrange factory tours and coordinate with our manufacturing partners to show you production lines, sample units and quality control processes. This helps build confidence in the product and process.

What warranty and after-sales support is included?
Standard warranties cover structural components and major systems for 1-2 years depending on the manufacturer. We help coordinate warranty claims, spare parts orders and technical support throughout the warranty period and beyond. Extended service packages are available.
